Nanoemulsions
Oil-soluble plant actives are dispersed into droplets small enough to stay suspended in water, which lets the gut absorb them rather than pass them through.
MSERV Phytolife Private Limited
For centuries, herbal medicine has been held back by one thing: the body absorbs very little of what it is given. We take 100% plant-based actives and rebuild them at nano scale, so far more of every dose actually reaches the bloodstream. Nothing synthetic added. Just engineering.
The technology
Grind a herb into powder and its particles are still tens of thousands of nanometres across. Most of that passes straight through the gut without ever being absorbed, which is why traditional preparations often need large doses to do very little. Reduce the same active to under 200 nanometres and wrap it in a plant-derived lipid, and the body can take it up properly. We do not change the plant. We change how small it is.
Everything to scale, in nanometres
Drawn on a logarithmic scale. A conventional herbal particle is roughly a hundred times wider than one of ours.
Oil-soluble plant actives are dispersed into droplets small enough to stay suspended in water, which lets the gut absorb them rather than pass them through.
The active is bonded to a plant phospholipid, the same class of molecule the body builds its own cell membranes from, so it crosses those membranes far more readily.
A protective lipid shell carries the active through stomach acid intact and releases it further down, where absorption actually happens.
The active sits inside a solid plant-fat matrix that holds it stable on the shelf and releases it steadily rather than all at once.
Areas of focus
These are the areas our formulation work is built around. Every product is developed to support the body's own function and to sit alongside the care a person is already receiving, never to replace it.
Antioxidant and nutritional support for people undergoing or recovering from intensive medical treatment, including oncology care. Supportive only, alongside your doctor's plan.
Formulations aimed at oxidative stress, cellular repair and the everyday markers of ageing well, for people who want to stay active for longer.
Support for healthy blood pressure, lipid balance and circulation, developed as part of a wider lifestyle and medical care plan.
Support for healthy glucose metabolism, insulin sensitivity and weight management, formulated for daily long-term use.
Hepatoprotective botanicals for people under dietary, metabolic or occupational strain, supporting the liver's normal detoxification work.
Support for normal kidney function, healthy fluid balance and urinary tract comfort, developed for long-term daily use.
Topical and oral nano formulations for the skin barrier, pigmentation, scalp health and hair fall, where small particle size improves penetration.
Support for a balanced immune response and healthy inflammatory function, drawing on well-studied botanical actives.
How we talk about our products. We describe what our formulations are designed to support. We do not claim that they cure, treat or prevent any disease, and Indian law rightly does not permit such claims for these conditions. If you are being treated for a serious illness, our products are intended to sit alongside that treatment, with your doctor's knowledge, and never in place of it.
What we make
The nano platform sits underneath everything. What changes is the form it arrives in, chosen for how a person will actually use it day to day.
Capsules and tablets carrying nano-engineered extracts, with the active and its quantity printed in full on the pack.
Nanoemulsions and suspensions for anyone who cannot swallow tablets easily, with dosing by measured drop or spoon.
Gels, creams and oils where reduced particle size helps the active reach past the outer layer of the skin.
Spray-dried nano powders for daily nutrition, mixed into water, milk or food without a gritty texture.
How we make it
Nanotechnology only means something if the plant going into it is clean and the batch coming out of it is documented. Here is the route every batch takes.
Herbs come from named growers and approved suppliers. The origin of every lot is recorded before it is accepted into the facility.
The active fraction is drawn out of the raw plant and standardised, so each batch carries a known and consistent quantity of the compound that matters.
The standardised extract is taken down to nano scale by high-pressure homogenisation or phospholipid complexing, depending on the active and the format.
Particle size and distribution are checked instrumentally. A batch outside its specified range is reworked or rejected, never released.
Finished goods are screened for heavy metals, pesticide residue, aflatoxins and microbial load, with an independent laboratory report on file before despatch.
Batch number, particle-size data, manufacturing date and test records stay linked to the pack, so any unit in the market can be traced back to its raw material.
Quality and compliance
Plant medicine is too often sold on belief and bold promises. We would rather hand you the batch file. Ask, and we will send it.
